WE top retailers are chosen based on credibility, customer service, price, return policy, shipping, warranty, website design, and website speed.   Ratings were obtained based on visits by WE staff as well as visits by individuals not affiliated with WE.  These individuals consisted of people with very little internet experience to those who use the internet extensively on a daily basis.  The results were tallied and reviewed by the WE editor who then personally visited each site and assigned a final ranking.  The rankings will be updated every 6 months.
