LG has released or is in the process of releasing a number of new phones. The phones fall into primarily 2 different categories, they are either a compact flip like the LX400 Hero, or a slim touchscreen model like the VX9700 Dare.

Google stock shot up 20% today after they reported phenomenal revenue. Many advisors are amazed at how well Google has weathered the downturn in the economy. It almost seems that Google is recession proof. Wish I had bought that stock during the IPO.

Nokia announced a 25% jump in profits but still saw its stock price take a dive. It seems Wall Street is never really happy. This 25% jump did not meet expectations and Nokia warned future growth may not be as strong which would relate to this drop.
